Stir first saw Indy with Helen Dukes (Arabi Afghan Hounds) at the Breeder's Cup in Houston.  Indy came to Mosso from Pahlavi at age 6 on a lease to be our first brood bitch.  We threw a lot of time and money into breeding her several times, but, as can happen, it was to no avail. We agreed to be her retirement home.

Indy's retirement included chasing Pagan around the pasture, snoozing on a sofa, and choosing when to ignore us and when to not.

At 13 years of age, she didn't leave us very much room on the bed.  We can't say that we minded!  QUITE bossy, she could hear the microwave beep better than we could, and forget trying to delay her dinner!  THAT was not allowed!

Indy was a great comfort after we lost her littermate Trigger - she is now buried next to him up on the hill.  We miss our little pea pods.
